Scanner technology

To machine surfaces with a pulsed system, it requires highly dynamic scanner technology. By setting appropriate feed rates, any pulse overlap can be set even at high pulse repetition frequency. Surface processing is finally set at the laser system by defining the surface geometry and the corresponding hatching structure. Pulse by pulse and line by line, the entire set processing area is finally scanned and - depending on the application - ablated, structured or functionalised.
