Electronics housing

Electronic housings are manufactured for machine and plant construction. With an annual production capacity of 20,000 units, we cover the entire manufacturing process for this product: from cutting, bending, deburring and milling for complete sheet metal production through to welding the individual parts into a housing.

Our service also includes galvanic surface passivation by pickling and a 100% pressure difference test of the finished housing with electronics. This enables us to guarantee both quality and functionality.

The special feature of this product is that it is completely manufactured at BBW Lasertechnik - from the design to the finished housing. This allows us to precisely control the entire production process and at the same time meet specific customer requirements.

Grid flap

We produce around 1,000 grid flaps per year. We take care of all process steps for our customers - from laser cutting, bending and laser welding to mechanical processing.

In addition, our focus is on developing a suitable clamping concept. This integrated approach enables us to ensure that every product meets our high quality standards.

A special feature of the grid flap is the precise welding positions and the fine weld seams. In addition, we meet visual requirements to ensure that the product is not only functionally convincing, but also visually meets the expectations of our customers.
