Our production focuses on laser welding, laser fine cutting, laser drilling, laser turning, and laser surface treatment. Components manufactured by BBW Lasertechnik meet the highest quality standards and are 100 percent made in Germany.

With almost 30 years of experience in laser processing, over 50 laser systems, and various certifications, we are a highly specialized contract manufacturer for demanding production orders. We process various materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, and mixed compounds.
In addition to laser processing, we offer our B2B customers further services depending on their requirements: On request, our experienced engineers can provide support as early as the prototype and process development stage. We have our own fixture and machine construction department for the manufacture of components. In addition, we supplement our laser processes with mechanical manufacturing processes such as CNC turning, milling, and bending as required. We also offer comprehensive quality management and have in-house metallography.
