Reliable test method: Due to the adhesive preparation by laser structuring, the fracture occurs in the adhesive itself (cohesion fracture) during a hardness test. All other components remain undamaged during the test.
Precise processing: In the subsequent step, the use of a collaborating robot ensures precise and reproducible application of the adhesive.
Quality control: The process is safeguarded by a tactile 100% measurement of the bonded components.
