We offer an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic every year. If you are interested in this field, have manual skills as well as technical and mathematical understanding, enjoy precise work and see yourself as a team player - then this could be your dream job!

What you can expect:

• Start your career with an industrial mechanic apprenticeship in our new, modern apprentice workshop.
• Learn how to read and interpret technical documentation and work with various tools.
• Under the supervision of your experienced trainer, you will gain skilled technical knowledge and be introduced to the production and fitting of components and assemblies.
• Dive deep into the areas of control technology and pneumatics.
• A major component of this industrial mechanic apprenticeship is sawing, drilling, turning, milling, grinding and welding.
• Your job will include operating state-of-the-art computer-controlled laser systems, as well as lathes and milling machines. You will also be commissioning, maintaining and repairing equipment, machines and systems.
• Produce and design your own components as part of a project.
• During your apprenticeship we go on several apprentice excursions.
• Exam preparation can be done both at home and also together at work.

Duration of training:

• 3.5 years

• It is possible to finish in 3 years with excellent performance in both school and hands-on work.

You are skilled with your hands, have technical understanding and like to work carefully and independently as well as in a team? Then the apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator with a focus on metal and plastics technology is just right for you!

What you can expect:

• Start your career with a machine and system operator apprenticeship in our new, modern apprentice workshop.
• Learn how to read and interpret technical documentation and work with various tools.
• Under the supervision of your experienced trainer, you will learn how to program, set up and operate machines and systems.
• The major component of your apprenticeship is operating state-of-the-art computer-controlled laser systems, as well as lathes and milling machines. Maintaining and inspecting machines and systems is also part of your job.
• Another part of your apprenticeship consists of sawing, drilling, turning, milling, and welding.
• You will learn to evaluate your own work performance within the framework of quality management and to continuously improve it.
• During your apprenticeship we go on several apprentice excursions.
• Exam preparation can be done both at home and also together at work.

• 2 years

Apprenticeship as an Automation Technician (m/f/d)

Starting in 2026, you can begin a new apprenticeship with us as an Automation Technician (m/f/d). If you are passionate about technology and electronics, enjoy tinkering, like to think analytically, and are fascinated by modern production systems – this could be the perfect career for you!

What to expect:

• You will start your apprenticeship in a modern working environment equipped with the latest technology
• You will learn to analyze functional relationships and process flows and to further develop automation systems
• You will set up automated processes and systems and ensure their safe operation
• You will plan, build, and wire control cabinets and electronic systems
• You will test, commission, and maintain automation systems
• You will gain practical experience with PLC and robot programming
• You will use measuring and testing equipment to check electrical devices
• You will acquire basic knowledge in IT and industrial mechanics

Duration of the apprenticeship:

• 3.5 years
• Start date: 01.09.2026
• Vocational school: Rosenheim & Altötting/München

What you should bring:

• Intermediate school leaving certificate or equivalent
• Good grades in mathematics and physics

From 2023, we will train for the profession of warehouse clerk with an optional extension to become a warehouse logistics specialist. In addition to constructive supervision and a pleasant and collegial working environment, independent work and responsible tasks are integrated into the training if you perform well. What you can expect:

• You start your training as a warehouse clerk in a modern and future-oriented family business
• You will gain profound insights into the world of logistics including incoming goods, storage and outgoing goods of various products in connection with our ERP system
• You learn how to operate various warehouse systems and different warehouse management programs
• During the training you will acquire a forklift and landing safety certificate
• You learn how to handle forklifts of different sizes
• In addition to the handling of normal goods, the handling of dangerous goods is also part of your training
• When packaging complex and sensitive products, you are also allowed to bring in your own ideas and put them into practice
• In addition to logistics, you will also gain insights into other departments
• During your apprenticeship we go on several apprentice excursions
• Exam preparation takes place not only at home, but also together in the company
• After your training, you can expect high chances of being hired on a permanent basis
