    If available, your request should ideally contain the following information:

    • Dimensioned drawings of the desired components (in PDF format)
    • 2D data for complex contours (in DXF format), e.g., for requests in laser fine cutting
    • 3D data for assemblies (in various formats, e.g., STEP format)

    2. FIRST RESPONSE

    • You will receive immediate confirmation of receipt of your request
    • Processing of the request will begin immediately

    3. Detailed technical review

    • Your request will be reviewed individually and in detail by our experts.
    • For this reason, the detailed review of your request may take several working days.
    • If necessary, we will contact you for further clarification.
    • Customer service is a high priority for us: if you have any questions, your personal customer advisor is available to assist you at any time.

    4. Our offer

    • After successful review, you will receive our individual offer by email. 
    • Depending on complexity, our offers include trial production and/or sample production as a first step.
    • (Indicative) Series prices are available at any time to ensure cost transparency.
    • Our goal is to meet your functional and quality requirements with the most suitable manufacturing process.
    • All offers are made in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery.

    BBW Lasertechnik is a highly specialized B2B contract manufacturer with a focus on laser welding, fine laser cutting, laser drilling, laser turning and surface treatment with lasers.

    With over 50 laser systems and other supplementary services, we are a strong manufacturing partner for industry and take on the production of precise components and assemblies in series production for our customers.
