BBW Lasertechnik is a reliable partner for orders in air conditioning and energy technology. For filter inserts, for example, our range of services includes turning, laser fine cutting, laser welding and laser drilling. A total of almost 70,000 holes are drilled here within a very short time.

Battery module for mobile application

For customers in the energy technology sectors, we manufacture mobile battery storage modules precisely tailored to the specific requirements of each client. To achieve this, we have established a semi-automated production line that covers all steps: from laser cutting and bending of sheet metal components, through pre-assembly of cell connectors, to the precise welding of the housing, cells, and connectors into a complete battery module.

State-of-the-art laser welding technology is used, featuring weld penetration measurement and visual inspection via camera. Continuous online process monitoring ensures that every production step is fully documented and verified. Finally, each battery storage module undergoes 100% high-voltage testing. This guarantees maximum safety and uncompromising quality for mobile series applications at our customers’ sites.

Filter insert

We produce around 1000 filter inserts for air conditioning and energy technology every year. Our range of services includes a variety of machining processes, including turning, laser drilling, laser fine cutting, laser welding and ECM deburring.

A special feature of our manufacturing process is the ability to drill several holes per second. This process enables an economical machining time. In addition, we have many years of experience in joining complex individual components.
